Relatives of 35 year old Brad Fatal say they are still trying to come to terms with his death on the morning of Sunday March 31st 2019.
Fatal, and his brother were riding a Honda Transalp when they collided with a coaster bus on the Ravine Chabot Road.
The two were transported to the Victoria Hospital, unfortunately Brad, succumbed to his injuries.
Relatives of the deceased say news of the accident came as no surprise to them, but were under the impression that the two riders had only sustained injuries.
Brad’s mother, Miss Sonia Joseph said her son was always speeding. However news that he died came as a surprise to her.
His brother sustained multiple injuries including a broken hip.
The two riders were not wearing helmets or any other protective gear.
According to reports, Brad was on his way to his Independence City home and was overtaking a vehicle when he collided with the coaster.
In a 50 second video on social media, Brad’s wife can be heard pleading with him to look at her, and to keep his eyes open.
His brother can be seen seated on the road with a broken and bleeding right leg.
Brad and his wife were expected to return to Canada in June.
He lives behind an eight year old son.
This is the fourth recorded road fatality for 2019.
