MINISTRY OF HEALTH LAUNCHES SENIORS EXERCISE PROGRAMME
The Ministry of Health has launched a Seniors Exercise Programme to promote fitness and well-being among older adults. Developed in partnership with Taiwan ICDF, the initiative focuses on low-impact exercises to improve strength, balance, and overall health. A pilot phase is now underway at selected seniors homes.
