A talented St Lucian writer has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 Commonwealth Short Story Prize, standing out among 7,920 entries. Only 25 writers made the shortlist. The Commonwealth Foundation will announce five regional winners on May 14th, with the overall winner revealed on June 25th. Regional winners will receive £2,500, while the overall winner will be awarded £5,000.
