With road accidents on the rise, citizens are being called to help curb the crisis by participating in a national road safety survey. The initiative, led by Fred Engineering in partnership with the Ministry of Infrastructure, aims to assess public awareness and improve road safety measures. The survey is available online and through face-to-face interviews, running until February 14. With over 1,000 accidents and 22 fatalities recorded in 2024, officials stress that collective action is crucial to saving lives on Saint Lucia’s roads.
