The Salvation Army’s top officer in Saint Lucia is preparing to hand over the reins.
Commanding Officer Wousdel Louis will officially step down in mid-July, marking the end of a nearly three-year tenure defined by humanitarian outreach, spiritual leadership, and community impact. His next assignment will take him to Nigeria, where he is expected to continue his mission on a broader scale.
