A group of 38 determined young Saint Lucians has taken a bold step toward shaping their future through skills training, as they graduated under the European Union-funded GEPSED Project. The initiative, implemented by the National Skills Development Centre (NSDC), focuses on empowering unemployed youth, women, and marginalized groups through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
