VENEZUELA CONDEMNS U.S. $50M BOUNTY ON MADURO AS “TERRORISM DISGUISED AS JUDICIAL MEASURES”

The United States has placed a $50 million bounty on Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, labeling him a major drug trafficker and a threat to U.S. national security. Venezuela, however, has rejected the claim, with its ambassador to Saint Lucia, Leiff Escalona, condemning the move as “terrorism disguised as judicial measures” and insisting that the country has no government-linked cartels.
