Just hours after crews repaired three major leaks, two new ruptures tore through the aging system during recharging — sending emergency teams scrambling back into the field at daybreak. WASCO is also urging customers to conserve water and store at least one week’s supply, warning that ongoing dry season conditions and aging infrastructure could result in further pressure reductions in the weeks ahead.
