The developers of the A’ILA Resort and Spa at Mount Pimard are pushing forward with construction, aiming for a mid-2025 opening. Amid public concerns over the project’s scope, the tourism minister and Invest Saint Lucia have reaffirmed their commitment to building a public beach park at Reduit Beach—pending final approvals. The resort, set to employ 1,000 locals, will introduce a first-of-its-kind wellness tourism experience to Saint Lucia.
