The Chairman of the just-ended Caribbean Cardiology conference in Saint Lucia is urging the creation of a national coalition on healthy living.
Doctor Martin Didier was among an estimated one hundred physicians from around the region who attended the conference of the Caribbean Cardiac Society, held at the Sandals Grande Hotel.
He is concerned that because of unhealthy lifestyles, increasing numbers of Caribbean people are likely to be affected by cardiac diseases.
