Former Cabinet Secretary Benjamin Emmanuel has been appointed Chair of the new Millennium Heights Medical Complex board. The announcement, made Monday by Health Minister Moses Jn Baptiste, comes alongside news that Caribbean Galaxy will fund a new wing at the Owen King EU Hospital.
