Saint Lucia has seen a significant decline in crime and traffic fatalities this year, according to Assistant Police Commissioner Dr. Mashama Sealy. From January to October 2025, a total of 13,009 crimes were reported across the island, down from 15,369 in the same period last year — representing an 18% decrease overall.
