The Caribbean must rethink its development strategies and adopt bold, forward-looking policies if it is to thrive amid global uncertainty. That was the central message delivered by Dr. Nigel Clarke, Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, during the 25th William G. Demas Memorial Lecture held as part of the Caribbean Development Bank’s 55th Annual Meeting in Brasília.
