LOCAL DANCE ACADEMY SEEKS SUPPORT FOR LANDMARK TRAINING IN JAMAICA

Saint Lucia’s Silver Shadow Performing Arts Academy is calling on the corporate community to help send a delegation of young dancers to a prestigious summer training program at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Jamaica. The academy says the opportunity will expose students to international standards in the performing arts — but financial challenges threaten to keep them grounded.
