Mary Francis, Director of the National Centre for Legal Aid and Human Rights, has renewed her call for the establishment of a National Human Rights Commission in Saint Lucia. Her appeal coincides with the country’s observance of International Human Rights Day on Tuesday, celebrated under the global theme: “Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now.”
