The National Skills Development Centre (NSDC) has graduated its third and largest cohort to date, with over 100 students receiving certification through free training programmes funded by the Human Resilience Capital Project. The initiative, aimed at boosting employment and entrepreneurship, responds to growing demand for skilled workers over academic qualifications.
