The Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), along with its affiliates, has partnered with the Embassy of the Republic of Taiwan to launch a workshop on costume design and engineering as part of an ongoing cultural exchange. Creatives in the sector will be tutored by a renowned Taiwanese costume designer, who will help sharpen their skills ahead of Carnival 2026.
