Saint Lucia bid farewell to one of its quiet heroes as war veteran, philanthropist, and humanitarian Reginald Cherubin was laid to rest on January 23 after a remarkable life spanning 101 years. More than a funeral, the service became a celebration of sacrifice, compassion, and unwavering service, as family, friends, and colleagues from home and abroad gathered to honour a man whose life was devoted to country and humanity.
