Senator Dominic Fedee, Deputy Leader of the United Workers Party, has strongly dismissed rumors of a leadership struggle within the party, calling them “hogwash.” His remarks come in response to claims made by Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre, who suggested an emergency UWP meeting was held following a recent SLP Town Hall, as well as speculation on social media about former Minister Dr. James Fletcher challenging Allen Chastanet’s leadership.
