SLCTVET Partners With Baking Industry To Address Workforce Challenges

The Saint Lucia TVET Council is collaborating with the baking industry to address critical workforce challenges, including an aging labor force and skill gaps. Through ongoing discussions with industry partners, SLCTVET aims to better equip individuals with the skills needed to sustain and grow the sector.
