A Soufrière vendor is crying foul after being repeatedly barred from participating in major events in her community — including the prestigious Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival. Jacqueline Wilson, a registered member of the Soufrière Vendors Association, claims she has been unfairly targeted and sidelined due to a personal dispute with another vendor and apparent inaction from the association’s leadership.
