In a gesture aimed at improving the lives of persons with disabilities, the Republic of China (Taiwan) has donated essential mobility and support equipment — including wheelchairs, walkers, commode chairs, and canes — to Saint Lucia, in a handover ceremony welcomed by key government ministries.
