A resident of La Clery is seeking alternatives to resolve a long-standing issue with a neighbor who has refused to cut overhanging branches from an avocado tree—for the past nine years.
The homeowner says she has repeatedly approached her neighbor to have the branches trimmed, as they cause damage to her roof and lead to spoiled fruit falling into her yard. However, her efforts have been allegedly been met with aggression and resistance.
