Veteran Earl Francis, a retired police inspector and long-serving secretary of the Saint Lucia Branch of the Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services League, was laid to rest on Thursday, March 27th. His unwavering commitment to the welfare of ex-service personnel and their families reflected his deep sense of duty and compassion. Throughout his life, he worked tirelessly to ensure that those who served their country with honor received the recognition and support they deserved. Francis passed away at the age of 85, leaving behind a remarkable legacy of service.
