Secondary and tertiary students in Saint Lucia are being invited to swap their textbooks for paintbrushes as part of the newly launched Halls of Justice Youth Art Challenge.
The initiative is linked to the Halls of Justice project and aims to encourage young people to express their creativity while reflecting on themes of justice, law, and national development.
