Opposition Leader Allen Chastanet is calling for action over applause, urging OECS leaders to move beyond ceremonial speeches and confront whether regional integration under CARICOM is truly working.
Speaking at the 7th Sitting of the OECS Assembly, Chastanet challenged the effectiveness of existing trade agreements and questioned whether member states are genuinely benefiting — or merely participating — in a shifting global economic landscape.
