The Bank of Saint Lucia is celebrating its own academic revolution, graduating its first class of 25 employees from its internal “BOSL University” in a milestone ceremony at the NSDC Centre. The initiative, launched in 2023, empowers staff with specialized banking expertise, proving that the path to career advancement can start right inside the bank’s walls.
