The government is facing growing calls for answers over the systems meant to protect victims of domestic violence, following the murder of 24-year-old Joy St. Omer. Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre says Cabinet will decide by September 7th whether to support an independent Commission of Inquiry into the matter.
