RSLPF UNVEILS A FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN TO MODERNIZE POLICING AND STRENGTHEN NATIONAL SECURITY.
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is getting a new playbook — one designed for the next five years of fighting crime.
It’s called the Strategic Plan 2026 to 2030, and officials say it will modernize how the force operates, responds to threats, and earns public trust.
At its core are three key pillars — though police aren’t revealing all the details just yet. What they are saying is this: the days of reactive policing are over. The new approach is data-driven, forward-thinking, and aligned with national security goals.
ACP Dr. Mashama Sealy says the plan will roll out in phases — but the message is clear. Crime demands a smarter, more coordinated response.
