CYEN LEADS BEACH CLEANUP TO FIGHT POLLUTION AND PROTECT MARINE LIFE

The Caribbean Youth Environment Network (CYEN) took action on Sunday with a beach cleanup at Fond D’Or, as part of ongoing activities to mark World Water Day. The event highlighted the pressing issue of beach pollution and the harmful effects of microplastics on marine life. Volunteers, youth groups, and affiliate organizations joined forces to demonstrate their commitment to preserving Saint Lucia’s beaches and promoting environmental sustainability.
