Dylan Norbert-Inglis has been appointed the first CEO of the Regulated Substances Authority (RSA), tasked with regulating controlled substances and developing the cannabis industry framework. Commerce Minister Emma Hippolyte also announced Chameil Joseph-Pierre as the RSA’s first Corporate Secretary.
