A Choiseul community is in mourning after 70-year-old fisherman and farmer Ken Joseph Ismael was fatally attacked in Industry. Residents claim the tragedy could have been prevented, as warnings about the alleged attacker, believed to be mentally unstable, had been previously reported to police. Authorities are searching for the suspect as investigations continue.
