Saint Lucia’s Chief Forestry Officer, Alwin Dornelly, is warning that the island’s ecosystems are under growing threat—citing shrinking forest cover, dwindling freshwater reserves, and visible signs of climate change as urgent reasons for citizens and policymakers to act.
