Local Swimmer Attracts International Attention with Historic Swim
National Swimmer, Vanessa Eugene, made history last Sunday when she became the first woman to swim fourteen kilometers from Sandals Grande Saint Lucia Spa and Beach Resort to Rat Island in a time of six hours fifty eight minutes ten seconds. The fourteen kilometers swim is the first documented swim for this route.
