Youth Spac will showcase Mi Djab-La, a modernized play inspired by the “djab la” folk superstition, as part of this year’s Nobel Laureate Month celebrations. Directed by Kentilli Louis, the production blends historical folklore with contemporary elements, aiming to honor Sir Derek Walcott’s legacy while highlighting the role of culture in shaping identity. The performance, featuring a talented cast of young actors, will take place at the National Cultural Centre on January 25th.
