The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is strengthening its crime-fighting capabilities through continued international partnerships, with the latest support coming from Taiwan. New electronic equipment has been handed over to the Force to enhance digital crime tracing and ease pressure on existing infrastructure. The partnership also includes language training to help officers better serve Saint Lucia’s increasingly diverse population. The development comes as Commissioner Verne Garde marks two years at the helm of the Force, with a commitment to making the organization “better than it has ever been.”
