In a major step toward modernizing regional justice systems, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has officially handed over a Victim-Offender Mediation (V-OM) Toolkit to the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, signaling growing momentum for the adoption of restorative justice practices across the subregion.
