ACTIVE HILL DISPUTE ESCALATES AS NEIGHBOURS CLASH OVER WASTEWATER SYSTEM

Last month, a resident of Active Hill, La Clery, raised concerns over what he considered an unsanitary practice by his neighbour and was seeking a solution to the problem. One month later, the business owner at the center of the issue claims that although he complied with recommendations made by authorities, his neighbour has since been harassing him and creating new problems. Most recently, he alleges the neighbour destroyed a gutter that had been built to discard wastewater.
