The Cultural Development Foundation (CDF) is inviting the public to the exhibition of costumes created during its recent workshop, Mas Making Magic: From Vision to Costume, on Wednesday, September 17. This collaborative initiative between Saint Lucia and the Republic of China (Taiwan) brought together twenty-three emerging and established designers for a unique cultural and creative exchange with Master Lantern Designer, Mr. Hsien Chuang.
