Competition for the Saint Lucia Cruise Port’s scholarship programme has more than doubled, reflecting growing demand for opportunities to pursue higher education abroad. Two young Saint Lucian women have emerged from a pool of 93 applicants to receive full undergraduate scholarships, with their studies spanning the creative arts and neuroscience. The initiative, now in its second year, is being positioned as an investment in the skills and talent needed to shape Saint Lucia’s future.
