A proposal for a new high-speed ferry network is promising to strengthen trade, tourism and regional connectivity by linking islands that currently have little or no direct passenger service. On Tuesday, government officials and stakeholders met to discuss how Saint Lucia could help facilitate the ambitious private-sector initiative.
