The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia says there was never any discussion at the just-ended summit of the Americas, about using drugs to boost the economy.
Prime Minister Doctor Kenny Anthony headed Saint Lucia’s delegation to the summit in Colombia earlier this month.
The gathering is reported to have commissioned a study on whether to de-criminalize drugs as an alternative to the current war on narcotics in the region.
