Five months after the final session, the lessons are still making a difference in homes across Saint Lucia.
Parents and caregivers who took part in the National Community Foundation’s Powering Parents programme say the six-week initiative has given them practical tools to communicate better, manage their finances and become more confident in raising their children.
Backed by St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited, LUCELEC, as Gold Sponsor, the programme brought together about 50 parents whose children receive educational support through the NCF.
