The Cultural Development Foundation launched its first Art and City initiative which is part of the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival.
A workshop targeting dancers and other performers will be followed shortly.
It will be undertaken by three world class facilitators , including a St Lucia-born international creative director & mass movement specialist.
