OPPOSITION LEADER WALKS OUT AS BUDGET DEBATE ENDS IN DISCORD

Another Budget Estimates debate has ended in discord, with Opposition Leader Allen Chastanet walking out of Parliament after Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre closed the discussion.
