Concerns are growing over the potential vulnerabilities of the Caribbean’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs following revelations that Dominica’s CBI initiative allowed an Iranian oil baron and his associates to bypass international sanctions and access the global banking system. Opposition Senator Dominic Fedee warns that this issue not only affects Dominica but poses a threat to the credibility of other CBI programs across the OECS.
